Medical Weight Loss

Medical weight loss at Refine Medical & Aesthetics, which we call weight optimization, is offered at our offices in Westbrook and Westport, Connecticut. We offer comprehensive evaluation and treatment plans with Zepbound (tirzepatide) or Foundayo (orforglipron).

• Initial appointment. A comprehensive evaluation, and a treatment plan built around you.
• Your medication. Once enrolled, you receive your medication directly from the manufacturer for self-administration.
• Follow-up visits. Follow-up appointments at either office.

Health insurance coverage does not apply. We accept cash, check, Zelle, credit cards, and Allē's Cherry payment plan.

Medical weight loss is for women and men alike. Men are welcome to book any of our aesthetic and wellness services, everything except perimenopause and menopause care. See treatments for men.
