Refine Medical & Aesthetics is proud to bring you Morpheus8! This radio frequency based treatment provides skin tightening, body contouring, fat reduction, and texture improvement for the face, neck, and body, at our Westbrook and Westport, Connecticut offices.

Morpheus8 combines medical-grade microneedling with radiofrequency (RF) energy. This energy-based device prompts us to create new collagen and elastin in a smoother, tighter, more youthful way.

With an initial series of 3 treatments, results typically last 1 to 2 years and may then only require one annual treatment to extend results. Downtime is generally minimal. Individual experiences may vary.

Morpheus8 is considered the best in its class, and we use a specially compounded numbing pre-treatment to minimize discomfort. We also offer Pro-Nox for additional comfort.

• Treatment can't be done if you have a suntan in the treatment area.
• No self-tanner for at least 4 weeks beforehand, including self-tanning makeup.
• Avoid NSAIDs or aspirin for 3 days beforehand.
• Avoid topicals with active ingredients, such as retinol, salicylic or glycolic acid, alpha or beta hydroxy acids, vitamin C, or niacinamide, for 7 days beforehand.
• Schedule Morpheus8 at least 2 weeks after an injectables treatment, 2 weeks after Diamond Glow microdermabrasion (or similar), and 3 months after any ablative laser treatment.

At the consultation, we review pricing (similar to that of a Botox and Daxxify or filler appointment), pre- and post-care instructions, and schedule your series.
